Here are just some of the ways in which your support is making a difference
Our enrollment decreased by 85% in 2022. To be sustainable, we are finding new ways to promote our school and attract future students across 3 operational modes: face-to-face in Warsaw, online across the globe, and (eventually) face-to-face in Kyiv.
Our community members have experienced, and continue to experience, trauma. We are providing support for their well-being by offering community events, counselling, and other support services. This also requires additional staffing and expertise.
The ongoing creation of a temporary facility on the campus of the American School of Warsaw is a key priority, as is the upkeep of our Kyiv home. The construction of a bomb shelter back in Kyiv is also a necessity.
Whilst facilities are important, it is the quality of people that make the real impact on student learning. In order to retain and attract the faculty and staff our students deserve, we are committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits to them, especially in this extended time of uncertainty.
